Our department is responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business operations, including strategic partnerships and acquisitions.


Join Us on a Mission

Currently, we are working on acquiring a Japanese company, and upon completion of the acquisition, we will be responsible for providing PMI, executive participation, and synergy creation to enhance the acquired company's value.


What We Are Looking For
  • Bilingual proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with global partners and investors.
  • Proven track record of performing high-level business management tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate and provide feedback to relevant departments.
  • Ability to travel abroad without any restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Flexibility in work arrangements to accommodate frequent travel between Korea and Japan.
  • Experience living and studying in Japan or proficiency in Japanese language and culture.
  • Background in financial, tax-related consulting or services targeting Japanese companies.
  • Advanced degrees such as MBA or certifications like CFA, CPA in finance or management.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and decision-making processes.
