Market Access Strategist
This role requires a professional with expertise in developing and implementing market access strategies for pharmaceutical companies. The Market Access Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of commercial, regulatory, and medical activities.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the healthcare system, pricing policies, and reimbursement processes. Experience in communicating and negotiating with healthcare policy decision-makers is also essential.
A strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are required to drive business growth and improve patient access to medicines. Proactive attitude, independent working style, and excellent written and oral communication skills in English are must-haves.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Market Access Strategies
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market access landscape.
Develop and implement effective market access strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
2. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
Work closely with commercial, regulatory, and medical teams to ensure alignment of activities and optimize market access outcomes.
3. Communicate Effectively with Healthcare Stakeholders
Develop and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, and patients.
Communicate market access strategies and results to internal stakeholders and external partners.
