Logistics Portfolio Strategist

This role will be based in Seoul office and support the Asset Management department to develop strategic plans for optimising asset value within the Logistics Business Unit. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to formulate and execute asset management strategies, incorporating marketing initiatives to maximise income and asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify and analyse data on our properties and assets to derive portfolio level insights.
- Present analysis on the current status of the portfolio and propose strategic implications for future growth.
- Conduct research on the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends.
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in leasing management.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with warehouse leasing is a plus.
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
