This is a strategic position based in Seoul that supports the Asset Management department to develop and implement asset management strategies for the Logistics Business Unit, aiming to maximize income and value from our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse data on company properties/assets to derive portfolio-level statistics and insights.
- Present findings and strategic implications for future growth at both micro and macro levels.
- Conduct industry research on real estate, REITs, and macroeconomic trends.
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in leasing management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, suitable for HQ interactions.
- Prior warehouse leasing experience is an added advantage.
