Job Opportunity: Marketing Strategist
To tackle a critical role in our organization, we are seeking an exceptional marketer who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth.
">We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating multi-channel campaigns that engage target audiences and drive measurable results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing insights that inform marketing decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing consumer marketing plans to increase disease awareness and promote non-promotional actions.
Building strong relationships with external stakeholders, including media and creative agencies, to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Identifying and monitoring metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices in marketing and branding.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
3+ years' experience in marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with market research methods and tools, including social media listening and analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in leading campaign targeting consumers is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Korea vaccine market dynamics and characteristics is an asset.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Ability to work in a complex and regulated environment.
