About the Role:

The position focuses on collaborating with an E-commerce team to drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and digital sales strategies. This role plays a crucial part in providing market insights, maintaining communication with key platforms, and aligning with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical Account Management: Develop strong partnerships with key customers to deliver targeted sales growth.
  • eCommerce Capabilities: Stay aware of omnichannel dynamics and prioritize accordingly.
  • Digital Strategy: Utilize shopper insights to create impactful sales & marketing activities and optimize digital sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Over 5 years in FMCG, including at least 3 years in e-commerce.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Languages: Advanced English language proficiency.
