We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in helping global brands succeed in the dynamic digital ecosystem.

Job Description:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for partnering closely with internal sales and strategy teams to understand client goals and translate them into actionable campaign strategies.

  • Develop and execute digital media plans tailored to each client's vertical, business stage, and growth priorities.
  • Provide ongoing performance insights through regular campaign reviews, identifying wins and growth areas to drive upsell and account expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers and agencies, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Act as a trusted consultant for clients, offering best practices and deep knowledge of available ad solutions to help drive ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in digital account management, media planning/buying, social media advertising, or post-sales SaaS/ad tech platforms.
  • A growth mindset and ability to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record in executing and optimizing high-impact campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • High level of organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Others:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. It's a plus if you have experience working with C-level stakeholders and driving strategic upsells, as well as familiarity with the cross-border commerce or export industry in Korea.
