Creative Leader

About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Creative Director to lead our marketing team in Korea. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that drive brand impact, fuel consumer demand, and build long-term engagement with our consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our global brand vision and objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-impact ideas for brand media and omni-channel experiences.
• Manage agency partnerships and ensure that all creative work meets our global brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive strategic planning and ideation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in creative strategy and execution within a youth-oriented consumer brand or a creative/advertising agency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
• A keen interest or background in brand storytelling and design across various consumer mediums.
• A strong portfolio of creative work, exhibiting your background across creative disciplines.
• Knowledge of narrative, messaging, layout, typography, photography, video, digital and experience production.

Your Key Partners

You will work closely with internal partners, including Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, Integrated Media, Brand Planning & Operations, Sports Marketing, Communications, and Social & Community Impact. You will also manage external partners, including local creative agencies, creative collectives, athletes, influencers, and community leaders involved in our storytelling.
