Are you a skilled cloud application developer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Application Developer in Professional Services.
Job Description
As a Cloud Application Developer, you will play a key role in helping our customers develop technical expertise and capacity. You will collaborate with our customers and partners on key engagements, delivering pilot projects, topical workshops, and leading implementation projects.
Our team works across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams, ensuring the right solution is delivered and driving feature innovation based on customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping Customers: You will help our customers architect scalable, highly available application solutions that leverage AWS services.
- Cloud Optimization: You will architect and develop customer applications to be cloud-optimized.
- Technical Leadership: You will work as a technical leader alongside customer business, development, and infrastructure teams.
- Software Development: You will provide deep software development knowledge regarding cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming.
- AWS Best Practices: You will advise and implement AWS best practices.
- Infrastructure and Application Development: You will work as both an infrastructure and application development specialist.
- Agile Software Development and DevOps: You will implement DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
Requirements
- 7+ Years of IT Implementation Experience
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Iterative Methodologies
- Programming Language Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Related Field
