Role Overview

A Solutions Architect with expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) plays a vital role in guiding customers through the adoption of cloud-based solutions.

This senior-level position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to craft scalable, flexible and resilient technical architectures that meet customer needs.

As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for educating customers on the value proposition of cloud computing, participating in deep architectural discussions and ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the benefits of cloud computing and participate in architectural discussions to ensure successful solution deployment.
  • Conduct training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using cloud services.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the cloud architecture community.
  • Author or contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
  • Build relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to become cloud advocates.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, AI, ML and DL.
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space.
  • Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands-on with code/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics.
  • Knowledge/experience in data streaming services and OpenSearch, database management or other relevant areas.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
