This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of experts in artificial intelligence and machine learning. As a Senior AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business value.
With a strong background in software development, AI, ML, and Deep Learning, you will be responsible for educating customers on the value proposition of cloud-based solutions and participating in deep architectural discussions to ensure successful deployment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to customers considering or already using cloud-based solutions.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the community of solutions architects.
- Author or otherwise contribute to customer-facing publications such as whitepapers.
- B build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, partners, service engineering teams and support.

- Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and GenAI experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with software development, AI, ML and Deep Learning.
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the enterprise space.
- Experience developing solutions and passion for getting hands dirty with code/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET).
