Senior Advertising Manager

Aleph seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead our Microsoft team's efforts in South Korea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with local teams of major advertisers to understand their objectives and develop impactful advertising campaigns.
- The successful applicant will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective campaign execution.
- They will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to cultivate strong customer relationships and drive business decisions.
- The ideal candidate will also have a thorough understanding of digital marketing principles, including data analysis and media expertise.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales & account management within digital advertising companies or advertising/marketing-related SaaS/Tech industry.
- Demonstrated experience in successful marketing campaign execution, including analyzing timely results and recommending key adjustments for performance improvement.
- Excellent oral and written consultative communication and presentation skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Highly meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects with minimal supervision and under high pressure.
- The selected candidate will be expected to travel overseas as required and possess a willingness to adapt to new situations.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience is required.
