Are you a strategic business developer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our team in the K-Culture market.
This role focuses on developing and expanding UPS's presence in the K-Culture markets, aligning with the dynamic and fast-growing global demand for Korean culture-related products. The Account Executive will engage with businesses specializing in cosmetics, skincare, entertainment goods, and merchandise to build strong, lasting partnerships and create tailored supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales goals by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the K-Beauty and K-Pop export industries.
- Analyze customer supply chain needs to create customized logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Build strategic partnerships with Korean brands, entertainment agencies, and manufacturers to expand their international presence.
- Stay informed on K-Culture trends, export regulations, and global market demands to offer proactive solutions.
- Ensure smooth implementation of UPS services, including technology solutions, and provide training for client teams.
- Represent UPS at trade shows and networking events related to K-Culture industries.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales or account management, preferably in logistics or international trade.
- Deep knowledge of the K-Culture export markets, including key players and trends.
- Strong communication skills in English and Korean to effectively engage with local and global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Relationship-building and customer-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of global trade regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making.
