">Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to gather valuable insights.
- Identify new opportunities to promote business expansion and optimize concept design.
- Communicate effectively between engineers and clients to ensure successful project execution.
- Build skills as sales engineers to enhance technical expertise and OEM partnerships.
- Support existing business in quality, delivery, drawing, PPAP, and samples while identifying areas for improvement.
RequirementsEssential Skills:
• Strong business English communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of electrical, electronics, and mechanical engineering
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Technical presentation and marketing skills
• Experience in HKMC/OEM/HKMC tier 1 preferred; EV car market analyst experience also preferred
• Marketing or economics degree; automotive engineering degree also desirable
