
Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a key strategic role within our organization, requiring someone to identify and recruit top talent across multiple disciplines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing strategic sourcing initiatives, ensuring robust selection and assessment processes are in place.
The individual will drive the pipeline generation for our Japan office, focusing on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and promoting our employer brand across the local market via multiple channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Work with key stakeholders and people partners to understand and deliver on talent acquisition needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, providing talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs efficiently and effectively.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies, building talent pools for key areas aligned with hiring needs.
Execute highly effective interviews and selections leveraging various tools, improving the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, ensuring recruiting process compliance.
Develop and lead recruitment marketing campaigns, Employer Branding, and Campus Programs to align with local practices.
Evaluate recruiting data and metrics to derive insights, making informed decisions in recruitment strategy and planning to drive operational model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality.
Partner with the HRBP team to support onboarding and offboarding processes of local employees in Japan.
Support Japan people projects related to retention, engagement, performance management, and organizational culture.
4-5 years plus of experience in successfully managing recruiting processes in fast-paced environments.
Hands-on business development experience, maintaining strong partnerships with universities for talent sourcing and engagement.
Exposure to full-lifecycle recruiting, including req consultation, direct sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer negotiations, closing, and candidate relationship management.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with agency partners.
Strong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferred.
Native language proficiency in Korean, fluent or business-level English.
Previous experience in end-to-end talent acquisition roles where you've sourced candidates across various business functions using multiple channels.
Experience in campus recruitment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to position yourself as a subject matter expert while being open to receiving feedback.
