We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team. As a Data Center Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain high system reliability by resolving trouble tickets related to Systems and Network hardware problems
- Troubleshoot Linux server and XEN service virtualization issues
- Remediate physical layer outages on both Systems & Network
- Participate in Data Center power & cooling events
- 24x7 On-Call requirements and shift rotations
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure experience
- Basic understanding of data center facilities
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix Administration and server Hardware Troubleshooting and hands-on experience
