Leidos is seeking a Beneficiary Education and Enrollment Specialist to support the TRICARE Overseas Program in Osan, Korea. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service to military members and their families.
The Beneficiary Education and Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for educating beneficiaries on TRICARE resources and benefits, verifying benefits and enrollment, and processing PCM changes.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Educate beneficiaries on TRICARE resources and benefits
- Verify benefits and enrollment for TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries
- Process PCM changes and updates
- Assist beneficiaries with claims status updates and support
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- Eligible to obtain Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA designation for employment in South Korea
- 3+ years of customer service experience
