TRICARE Beneficiary Services Coordinator

Leidos is seeking a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in Osan, Korea. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Healthcare Support Specialist will be responsible for verifying benefits and enrollment, processing PCM changes, and providing education and guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Verify benefits and enrollment for TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries
- Process PCM changes and updates
- Provide education and guidance on TRICARE resources and benefits
- Assist beneficiaries with claims status updates and support
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship
- Eligible to obtain and maintain ADP IT III clearance (Non-Sensitive Position, Tier 1)
- Eligible to obtain Invited Contractor 700-19 SOFA designation for employment in South Korea
- 3+ years of customer service experience
