As a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative FLOATER at Leidos, you will be responsible for providing essential services to TRICARE-eligible beneficiaries. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key AccountabilitiesTravel to multiple sites within the Pacific region, including Guam, Japan, and South Korea, to provide coverage and support to beneficiaries.
Process enrollments, disenrollments, portability transfers, and other transactions via systems such as Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.
Update Primary Care Manager (PCM) records by following Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines and making individual and batch updates.
Offer guidance on TRICARE resources, benefits, enrollment, and claims to beneficiaries, both in person and over the phone.
Provide basic claims status updates and support to beneficiaries as needed.
Lead informational sessions for various events, including in/out processing, maternity, and pre-separation/retirement.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information in applicable systems.
Evaluate and escalate complex issues as necessary to ensure proper resolution and beneficiary satisfaction.
Foster a culture of compliance by adhering to HIPAA regulations, maintaining confidentiality, and completing required training courses.
Collaborate with colleagues to provide remote support, train new team members, and perform other duties as assigned.
