Engagement Champion

We're seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Engagement Specialist (Contractor). This vital role focuses on ensuring the successful activation of enterprise end learners' accounts and their achievement of English language goals.

As a key member of our B2B team, you will be instrumental in helping individuals unlock their potential through our AI-powered language learning platform. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with end learners through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and SMS, encouraging initial product activation, and sustained usage.

You will also be responsible for monitoring learner progress towards specific usage targets, providing encouragement and support to help them meet these objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand account-specific engagement strategies and best practices.

• Proactive Learner Outreach: Engage with end learners to encourage initial product activation and sustained usage.

• Driving L&D Goals: Monitor learner progress towards specific usage targets and provide encouragement and support.

• Collaboration with CSMs: Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand account-specific engagement strategies and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with learners, understand their challenges, and motivate them towards their goals.
