Medical Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Advisor to join our team. This role will involve executing the medical and scientific strategy for vaccines within their dedicated country portfolio/therapeutic area in close partnership with other functional franchise leads.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and be able to act independently with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • They will also be responsible for leading creation and implementation of medical plans, creating industry-leading digital educational and scientific content, and championing the patient voice when developing and implementing medical strategies.

  • Additionally, they will demonstrate strong leadership influencing across networks and by coaching and mentoring members of the team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a Doctorate level education (PharmD or PhD and MD or equivalent Medical degree preferred but not mandatory), at least 3 yrs of industry experience required, including medical affairs field or office-mandatory, ideally with relevant vaccines experience.

They must also have good understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysis, ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey areas, and implement true scientific engagement journeys by bridging channel disconnect to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchange.

Furthermore, they must be confident in the use of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channels, effectively and compliantly share unmet needs of HCPs and their centres with cross-functional teams to inform patient centric strategy, and pursue progress, discover extraordinary.
