As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring timely delivery of services, and guaranteeing equipment testing and maintenance align with our company policies. Your primary objectives will include:
- · Working collaboratively as part of a team to troubleshoot equipment and technical issues;
· Developing strong client relationships through focused service delivery and value-added initiatives;
· Managing spare parts deliveries;
· Monitoring and maintaining electrical equipment or machinery performance;
· Educating customers on how to use equipment safely and effectively;
· Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest developments;
· Providing clear customer feedback;
· Representing our brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and establish strong relationships with customers.
