Future-Ready Workspace Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our workspace strategy and operations in South Korea. This role will play a key part in shaping a future-ready workplace that fosters collaboration, supports HR operations, and enhances employee engagement.
The successful candidate will oversee the workspace strategy and day-to-day operations for the Korea office, ensuring alignment with business and people priorities. They will partner with the People Organization team to build a future-ready workplace that promotes employee engagement, collaboration, and a strong sense of belonging.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive workspace strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Managing day-to-day operations of the workspace, including maintenance, logistics, and facilities management
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand team needs and create an inclusive environment that enables effective collaboration and basic HR operations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong background in strategy development, proposal writing, program design, and effective corporate communication
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- 3-5 years of experience managing dynamic, growing workspaces (150-250 employees), with a passion for creating vibrant office environments
