As a Principal Sales & Account Management professional, you will join our Agency Sales team, driving commercial success through strategic partnerships with Travel Agencies.

You will manage key relationships with Online Travel Agents (OTAs) across the South Korea market, developing long-term growth strategies and fostering executive-level connections.

This role requires deep understanding of the travel technology landscape, strong expertise in industry trends, and ability to drive strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage OTAs in South Korea to drive long-term growth, retention, and product adoption.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including renewals and strategic deals, aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute tailored growth plans that drive mutual value and solution alignment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-specific innovation and advocacy.
  • Provide market and customer insights that inform OTA strategy and influence product direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or strategic partnerships within travel technology, distribution, or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to manage complex commercial relationships and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of OTA business models, GDS platforms, and solutions, including APIs, NDC, or automation.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth and delivering strategic outcomes in matrix environments.
