Chief Information Architect

This role involves developing and implementing a taxonomy strategy to improve searchability and categorization across Coupang's products.

• Research industry best practices to inform the development of information architecture and taxonomy.
• Collaborate with product teams, terminologists, localization, and taxonomists to assess current content experience and determine opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain taxonomies, metadata models, and classification schemas across products and teams.
• Scope business requirements to select or build highly usable software-based solutions to meet needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish standards and quality metrics.
• Evangelize value of taxonomy and its potential to transform customer experience.
• Build alignment across technology and business processes governance.
