We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Frontend Developer to spearhead the creation of seamless user experiences for our web platform. This is your chance to make a lasting impact by crafting fast, accessible, and delightful interfaces that leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive feature development, iterative improvements to existing flows, and collaboration of our shared components library.
- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to ship user-centric features that scale to millions of users worldwide.
- Maintain and evolve our component library and design system, ensuring visual and behavioral consistency across all Samsung Health experiences.
- Champion performance by measuring Core Web Vitals and eliminating regressions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with backend, QA, product, and design to scope work, surface trade-offs, and deliver on quarterly objectives.
- Support releases and incident response by monitoring dashboards, triaging bugs, and fixing issues when they arise.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional frontend development experience with 2+ years of building React applications using TypeScript.
- Proven ability to write clean, modular, and strongly-typed code (generics, utility types, unions).
- Deep knowledge of modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox, Layouts) and responsive design principles.
- Practical experience with component-driven development (Storybook or similar) and design systems.
- Understanding of Agile/Kanban processes.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing.
- Familiarity with performance tooling (Lighthouse, React DevTools Profiler).
- Working proficiency in English.
