FULL TIME POSITION: 100% Remove Virtual Assistant Job for an English Reading / Writing / Grammar Expert. This is not a simple conversational English position. You must know or be willing to learn academic reading + writing + grammar. In order to perform well in this job you must have some higher level educational background in English. High TOEFL score or equivalent proof is required in order to apply for this job (or at least some indication that this is the field that you aspire to be in).DO NOT APPLY:- If you are not confident in your English- Teachers with only Conversational English Experience- Students - this is serious employment, not a part-time winter jobAbout the Position:You will be my shadow and perform all the tasks that I do as an online teacher. Tasks include: Create vocabulary lists, add student info into database, grade essays and quizzes, reply to student grammar questions, correct for grammar, comment on how to improve, create quizzes/lesson plans/HW assignments, etc.You do not have to be an expert at reading or writing yet, but you must have some background exposure to this type of English (TOEFL, Reading & Writing in University in the US/Australia/etc., High school essay contests, etc.). If you have some exposure, you will learn the rest of the skills as you work.Become a valued team member, and you"ll have opportunities to grow into higher positions as the company grows.Pay:Starting pay: 2.5 Million KRW - May increase with more experienceBenefits:- 4 Weeks Paid Vacation (Weeks follow academy schedule - cannot be selected)- Yearly raisesEmployment Conditions:- 5 Days Per Week [Flexible]- 2PM - 10PM (Korea time) [Not Flexible]About Q1 AcademyQ1 Academy is a 100% online English academy that teaches elite students in South Korea, China, and soon expanding to other markets. Our current list of subjects include academic reading, academic writing, speaking and other custom curriculum for privately enrolled students as well. The majority of these students range from 4th to 9th grade and attend international schools. They are privileged students who perform very high in comparison to their peers at schools. Their parents also demand high quality education from us as well.
