Audio Transcription Specialist (AI Training)
About The Role
What if your sharp listening skills could directly improve how AI understands human speech? We're looking for Audio Transcription Specialists to convert real-world audio recordings into accurate, well-formatted text — data that powers the next generation of AI voice and speech systems. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong attention to detail and a good ear. No professional transcription experience required.

What You'll Do
• Transcribe audio recordings accurately into written text following provided style guidelines
• Handle a variety of accents, speaking speeds, and audio quality levels with care
• Apply consistent formatting, punctuation, and speaker labeling rules
• Flag unclear or inaudible segments and note speaker changes where relevant
• Meet quality standards and turnaround targets across batches of work
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are
• Strong active listening skills and a sharp ear for detail
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Patient and thorough when working through challenging audio
• Able to follow detailed transcription guidelines consistently
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior transcription or AI experience required Nice to Have
• Prior experience with transcription tools or platforms
• Familiarity with diverse accents or dialects
• Background in journalism, media, linguistics, or administrative work Why Join Us
