Logistics Manager

1. Purpose of the Position Lead and develop the plant’s logistics operations—including planning, procurement coordination, internal logistics and transport planning—to ensure reliable material flows, on-time delivery and cost-efficient operations. 2. Main Responsibilities 1) Logistics Operations & Flow Management
• Lead planning, material supply, order administration and transport activities.
• Ensure delivery precision, supply reliability and efficient resource balancing across the flow.
• Monitor and communicate KPI performance (OTD, DIO etc.). 2) Team Leadership & Department Management
• Hold personnel responsibility for all employees in logistics areas.
• Lead, coach and develop teams across planning, procurement coordination and transport.
• Ensure competence development, clear goals and documented performance discussions. 3) Process Development & Improvement
• Develop processes and routines to ensure efficient planning and material flows.
• Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen structure, flow and profitability.
• Promote a proactive work environment and ensure systematic improvement work. 4) Compliance, Work Environment & Policies
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and work environment requirements.
• Actively manage and escalate work environment risks where needed. 3. Basic Requirements of the Position Education/Knowledge/Certification: Must-Have:
• University degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent.

Experience:
Must-Have:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading logistics and/or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in international environments and working cross-functionally.

• Strong leadership with ability to lead operationally and strategically.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make/enforce decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
