WHAT YOU'LL DO

S. parents with infants and toddlers.
• Reach out, build relationships, and manage collaborations from first contact through published content.
• Decide who is worth working with based on the audience, the content, the comments, and the results
- not follower count alone.
• Read what each collaboration did: views, engagement, traffic, sales, and the quality of the content itself. Use that to decide what we do next.
• Build repeat relationships with creators who work, instead of treating every collaboration as a one-off campaign.
• Work with our growth and content teams to turn strong creator content into ads, marketplace assets, and ideas for future campaigns.
• Use AI agents and internal tools to automate repetitive sourcing, research, outreach, and reporting, while keeping the important decisions human.

• you think clearly, learn fast, and finish what you start, whatever your background.
• you understand why one TikTok or Instagram creator feels credible while another doesn't.

• You'd work in a lean organization with frequent interaction with C-levels
• You'll work closely with our social content, performance marketing, and tech teams.
• You'll start with creator partnerships for our U.
S. brands and Onzenna, with room to take on broader growth projects as your strengths show.
• This isn't a role where you just send DMs or manage a spreadsheet. We want you to understand which creators and content actually create value and help build the system around that.

• Work that reaches real U.
S. customers. The creators you find and the content you help make can show up across TikTok, Instagram, Amazon, our own store, and paid advertising.
