About The Role
What if a few focused hours of your week could directly shape how AI systems see, read, and understand the world? We're looking for Data Labeling Specialists to categorize, tag, and annotate the data that powers cutting-edge AI — helping machines learn to interpret text, images, and audio the way humans do. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye for detail. No prior AI or tech experience required — just focus, consistency, and a commitment to quality work.

What You'll Do
• Categorize and label data using clearly defined tag sets and annotation guidelines
• Annotate text, images, or audio across a variety of project types
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency across large datasets
• Follow quality standards and participate in calibration exercises to stay aligned with project goals
• Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule Who You Are
• Detail-oriented with a patient, systematic approach to structured tasks
• Able to follow precise instructions and apply them consistently
• Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior labeling, AI, or tech experience required Nice to Have
• Experience in data entry, quality assurance, or research
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
