- To efficiently manage the customs clearance requirements of import & export for all BCS materials (including Crop Protection, Industrial business, Spare parts, and samples) in line with internal Bayer processes, while also ensuring compliance with global transportation regulations and local regulations
- Be responsible for efficiently managing and regular review export vessel bookings with 3PL logistics provider to provide the best customer service to 13 export countries and appropriately manage of customs broker, and 3PL transportation service provider to ensure safety, compliance and service levels standards are achieved.
- Act as main communication interface to provide all export shipping documents to the export countries on time including uploading shipping information to the Fork tool, and provide support according to customer requests when necessary, as to link with Regional Supply Chain and within PS Korea.
- Proactively manage and communicate adjustments to delivery schedules in line with changing export demands while achieving BCS internal and external service level targets.
- Support to manage the process to ensure full benefits from utilization of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) by ensuring the most favorable import duties are obtained for the region, and tax refunds are processed and received on time.
- Support Yourdocs management for settlement of costs related to import and export.
- Ensure the required documents are readily available prior to clearing the customs for the all internal & External purchase of Bayer Crop Science, including spare parts and sample, etc.

- University degree, preferably SCM or Business Administration
- 3+ years of operational experience in Supply Chain preferred, understanding of the import/export, production, warehousing, logistics, customers’ expectation
- Domain knowledge in operations / business key competencies: customer focus, strategic mindset, results orientation, collaboration, agility, conflict management, decision making
- Collaboration: Organizer with strong interpersonal skills, able to work with and influence stakeholders across functions and in a global matrix organization
- Result Orientation: Passionate achiever with demonstrated ability to deliver results in emergency situations and drive change also against resistance
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in SAP system
- Knowledge of International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG code) Tools:
- A working knowledge of MS Office and the various packages therein
