About the Role
At Forsit, we're redefining how K-brands grow globally through the power of creators. In this role, you'll lead influencer partnerships across North America, from identifying high-potential creators and negotiating deals to securing contracts and building long-term relationships. Working across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, you'll turn creator partnerships into measurable business impact, driving brand awareness, engagement, and e-commerce sales. ✨ Ready to take K-brands global? • Identify and build relationships with high-potential influencers across North America.
• Own the end-to-end influencer partnership process, from outreach and offer negotiations to contract execution.
• Develop and manage partnership models, including exclusive deals, long-term collaborations, paid content, product gifting, and affiliate programs.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives, product positioning, and content strategy.
• Track and optimize key performance metrics, including influencer rates, contract conversion rates, content performance, and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, content, commerce, and logistics teams to execute campaigns and report on results. [Requirements]
• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or a related field.
• Proven experience sourcing North American influencers and managing the full partnership lifecycle, from outreach and negotiations to contract execution.
• Strong business English proficiency, with the ability to communicate and negotiate confidently with international influencers.
• Ability to develop partnership strategies and negotiate terms based on brand objectives, product positioning, and creator strengths.
• Solid understanding of content trends and the creator ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Experience managing multiple influencer pipelines and campaigns simultaneously, with a track record of improving conversion rates and performance metrics. [Preferred]
• Experience securing exclusive agreements or long-term partnerships with North American influencers.
• An established network of North American influencers or a deep understanding of the creator ecosystem through hands-on social media experience.
• Proven success driving sales through influencer partnerships in the beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
