We are seeking a CTO (Full Stack Engineer) to join FIRST CLASS HANNAM as a key member of our early team and grow with the organization over the long term. Responsibilities
· Lead the design and development of our web-based technology platform
· Define and oversee front-end, back-end, database, and system architecture
· Design and maintain secure and scalable application infrastructure
· Oversee cloud infrastructure, system reliability, backups, and incident response
· Establish engineering, security, and development standards
· Lead technical decision-making and continuously improve the platform as the organization grows
· Work closely with the Founder & CEO on technology strategy and product development Requirements
· 8+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred
· Strong full-stack engineering experience across front-end and back-end development
· Experience in system architecture, database design, and production system development
· Experience with cloud infrastructure, data security, access control, and privacy best practices
· Experience integrating third-party APIs and external services
· Ability to make technical decisions independently while remaining hands-on in development
· Experience building or leading products in an early-stage environment preferred
· Portfolio or GitHub required
· Must currently reside in South Korea and be available to work in Seoul
· Must be legally authorized to work in South Korea or eligible to obtain work authorization prior to employment
