Job Description
& Responsibilities Mission Define and manage requirements on industry processes within a customer strategic value stream. In this role, you will own requirement management for Dassault Systèmes' strategic partnership with our client— translating the customer's business needs into clear, prioritized requirements, driving them through Dassault Systèmes' R&D and delivery organizations, and ensuring the delivered 3DEXPERIENCE platform capabilities genuinely meet the customer's expected industrial value. Role Description Learn & Build Industry Knowledge
• Build and continuously deepen your knowledge and know-how of the Marine & Offshore industry, its domains, and its set of industry processes. Create & Drive Requirements
• Understand the customer's AS-IS and TO-BE use cases in the context of their R&D strategy and expected industrial value.
• Qualify and prioritize requirements — from business value to delivery — and drive the writing of comprehensive requirement specifications (Enhancement Requests and Product Enhancement Requests).
• Submit requirements to the Dassault Systèmes R&D product-line teams accountable for defining, designing, and implementing the solution and its R&D plan.
• Ensure clear communication and understanding of these requirements by the R&D product-line teams.
• Support the R&D teams in building their answers, grounded in 3DEXPERIENCE Platform fundamentals and in the context of the customer's business needs.
• Drive alignment of the delivery plan for these requirements within the customer program.
• Validate R&D answers (Product Enhancement Specifications) and ensure they are understood and accepted by both the Dassault Systèmes project team and the customer.
• Ensure consistency of requirements across involved industry processes when working across multiple customer/value streams. Produce & Validate
• Assess delivered functions as answers to submitted requirements, in the context of customer business needs and in regards to 3DEXPERIENCE Platform fundamentals.
• Capture the results of User Acceptance Tests (UAT) performed by the customer and by the project team's Industry Process Consultants, and escalate through the appropriate internal process when needed.
• Articulate value through stories and storytelling demonstrations, in the customer's context. Measure & Advocate
• Measure the delivery of the expected value.
• Share knowledge within and outside the team.
Qualifications:
Must-have:
• 6 years+ of relevant work experience, ideally in requirement management, solution consulting, or system implementation.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant experience.
• Marine & Offshore (or infrastructure) industry experience — understanding of shipbuilding/offshore engineering and production processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform, including On Premise and On Cloud deployment and usage.
• Korean and English — written and spoken fluency mandatory (Korean for customer engagement, English for internal/global communication).
• Autonomous, adaptive, curious, and an initiative taker — able to work independently on customer site and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced program. Nice-to-have:
• French language skills (a plus, given Dassault Systèmes' global setup).
• Prior experience working with Korean shipbuilders (Hanwha Ocean, HD Hyundai, Samsung Heavy Industries, etc.).
• Experience in customer-facing strategic partnership or consulting roles.
