Your Role
Located within the Aftermarket Organization in Busan, the Inside Sales Support role supports sustainable business growth through quotation management, order execution, and end-to-end coordination across Global Marine Sales and Product Company Aftermarket activities. The role ensures timely customer response, accurate commercial execution, and efficient order conversion from RFQ to invoicing while supporting standardized aftermarket processes across Marine-related product companies.
Your day-to-day
•
• Manage spare parts RFQs from Account Managers and support quotation preparation using standardized sales tools, pricing guidelines, and approved templates while ensuring timely follow-up of business opportunities.
• Support CRM opportunity maintenance, quotation tracking, pipeline visibility, and Order Received (OR) forecasting to improve conversion rates and provide accurate sales performance insights.
• Review and validate customer purchase orders, registration data, and commercial requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to order entry and execution.
• Execute the complete order fulfillment process within ERP systems, including order entry, delivery coordination, invoicing, billing support, and order closure for spare parts and service-related business.
• Collaborate closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Technical Support, and Account Managers to ensure timely order execution, resolve operational issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive process governance, issue resolution, forecasting support (OR/OI), and continuous improvement initiatives while providing cross-functional backup support to ensure sustainable operations and business continuity. Your Skills And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related commercial or technical discipline, with a solid understanding of aftermarket operations, quotation management, order-to-cash processes, and customer support activities.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales support, sales administration, order management, customer service, supply chain, aftermarket operations, or related functions, with hands-on experience in quotation preparation, order processing, invoicing, and CRM support.
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP, and familiar with CRM and pipeline management tools. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience in marine, industrial equipment, oil & gas, process industry, or rotating machinery businesses is advantageous. Exposure to international business environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
• Capable of managing high-volume quotations and orders with strong attention to detail, process discipline, problem-solving ability, and experience in operational reporting, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
