Order Fulfilment Executive

Position Overview In this role, you will be part of the Korea Operations team, working closely with Korean stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, Customer Service alongside external partners in 3PL, freight, and last mile partners. The scope includes order processing, from extraction to fulfilment, with a primary focus on ensuring smooth order execution. This candidate will be a strong advocate for all outbound and inventory related transactions ranging from sales order collection, dissemination and the necessary inventory system transactions within. By incorporating efficiencies and continuous improvement in execution, he/she will play a key role in driving operational excellence to set the organization up for success and scale. Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:
- Drive daily order fulfilment in a timely manner, via close collaboration with sales and 3PL partners
- Perform relevant system transactions and checks to ensure operational hygiene
- Act as key user for implementation of new systems to improve order processing efficiencies
- Continuously improve business processes ; set the bar high Responsibilities
- Own daily order processing from order extraction to order creation to order sync across SharkNinja and 3PL systems
- Translate orders into ready templates to upload to system
- Coordinate with sales and 3PL partners to provide tailored supply chain services (eg. labelling) to each of the retailers
- Perform the relevant system stock transfers and shipments check to support consignment orders
- Validate SKU-retailer pricing to ensure accuracy during sales promotions’
- Monitor pallet and packaging inventory and place orders to ensure smooth warehouse operations
- Act as key user for system migrations and updates
- Support adhoc operational escalations for issue resolution Qualifications
- 2~5 years logistics or operations or sales (admin) experience in the Korean market
- Knowledge of supply chain systems including Oracle, Excel preferred
- Clear communicator and collaborator with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Working level English is preferred for this role

- 포지션 소개 (Position Overview) 본 포지션은 샤크닌자 한국 오퍼레이션(Korea Operations) 팀의 일원으로서 영업(Sales), 마케팅(Marketing), 공급 계획(Supply Planning), 고객 서비스(Customer Service) 등 내부 유관 부서 및 3PL, 화물 운송, 라스트 마일 배송 파트너 등 외부 파트너사와 밀접하게 협력하는 역할입니다. 주요 업무 범위는 주문 수집(Extraction) 부터 최종 주문 이행(Fulfilment) 에 이르기까지 원활한 수주/ 발주 및 출고 실행을 보장하는 것입니다. 지원자는 판매 주문 수집, 전달 및 시스템 내 재고 트랜잭션을 종합적으로 담당하게 됩니다. 프로세스 효율화와 지속적인 실행력 개선을 통해 조직의 성공적인 성장과 확장(Scale) 을 이끄는 운영 우수성(Operational Excellence) 을 실현하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.
- 주요 업무 및 역할 (Responsibilities)
- 일일 주문 이행 주도: 영업팀 및 3PL 파트너사와의 긴밀한 협력을 통해 일일 주문 이행을 시기적절하게 관리합니다.
- 주문 처리 전체 프로세스 전담: 샤크닌자 시스템과 3PL 시스템 간의 주문 추출, 주문 생성, 시스템 동기화 등 일일 주문 처리 전체 프로세스를 담당합니다.
- 주문 데이터 템플릿 변환: 수주 데이터를 시스템 업로드용 템플릿으로 변환하여 업로드를 진행합니다.
- 리테일러별 맞춤형 공급망 서비스 조율: 각 유통 채널/ 리테일러별 요구사항( 예: 라벨링 작업 등) 에 맞춰 영업팀 및 3PL 파트너사와 공급망 서비스를 조율합니다.
- 위탁 주문(Consignment Orders) 관리: 위탁 주문 지원을 위한 관련 시스템 재고 이동(Stock Transfer) 및 출고 점검을 수행합니다.
- SKU 및 가격 검증: 판매 프로모션 기간 동안 정확성을 보장하기 위해 SKU 별
- 리테일러별 단가를 검증합니다.
- 자재 및 창고 운영 지원: 팔레트 및 포장 자재 재고를 모니터링하고 발주를 진행하여 원활한 창고 운영을 지원합니다.
- 시스템 구축 및 마이그레이션 Key User: 주문 처리 효율성을 향상시키기 위한 신규 시스템 도입, 마이그레이션 및 업데이트 시 Key User 로서 주도적으로 참여합니다.
- 운영 이슈 해결 지원: 원활한 문제 해결을 위해 비정기적인 운영 에스컬레이션(Escalation) 을 지원합니다.
- 자격 요건 (Qualifications)
- 경력: 한국 시장에서의 물류, 오퍼레이션( 운영) 또는 영업 관리(Sales Admin) 경력 2 년 ~ 5 년
- 시스템 역량: Oracle 등 SCM/ERP 시스템 및 MS Excel 활용 능력 우수자 선호
- 커뮤니케이션: 다양한 내부 유관 부서 및 외부 이해관계자들과의 명확하고 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력
- 어학: 비즈니스 활용이 가능한 영어 가능자 선호 (Working level English)
