As a Qualcomm Systems Engineer, you will research, design, develop, simulate, and/or validate systems-level software, hardware, architecture, algorithms, and solutions that enables the development of cutting-edge technology. Qualcomm Systems Engineers collaborate across functional teams to meet and exceed system-level requirements and standards.
Primary Function:
Image quality engineer supporting commercialization of state-of-the-art solutions, tuning and image quality evaluation Develop and implement innovative algorithms for motion estimation and motion alignment prediction with low latency As a member of Qualcomm camera system team, you will have the opportunity to develop solutions and influence millions of end users, improving their camera experience and image qualityExperience & Knowledge:
Expertise in Image processing / video processing / computer vision with at least 6 years of experience. Good knowledge and experience in programming: Proficiency in C/C++ - required, Matlab and python - advantage Knowhow and experience in system / camera flows – advantage Experience in camera/image related technology tuning and commercialization - advantage Excellent verbal communication in EnglishFormal Education:
BSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science MSc or PhD in the field of image processing / computer vision – advantageMinimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 3+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.
