Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Affinity Department at Marsh . This role will be based in Korea .
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The successful candidate will play a key role in project management, technology buidling by combining the knowledge of insurance, imported car industry, IT background.
We will count on you to:
Project Management
1) Working together with client to co-create out the customer journey & workflow of the proposed product and tech
2) Create and present wireframes to support the sales pitch working with regional/local team
3) Ideate the digital & business solution with the client out the potential compounds
4) Stakeholder identification and management
5) Supporting the country on project planning, coordination, project scope & solution definition
6) Facilitate and provide guidance on project execution, workstreams and deliverables
7) Lead the technical discussion with the technology delivery team and drive the solution outcome
Technology Build
1) Understanding the Marsh Affinity client facing technology and placement capabilities
2) Create style guides and provide the UI requirements for solution development
Work closely with local/regional teams (like project team, IT/Digital teams, etc) to help with business requirement identification & clarification, project deployment support, etc.
What you need to have:
5+ years of working experience in insurance or imported car industry with basic IT background
Fluent English communication skills
