What You Will Do:
lRecruitment Support: Help shape our team by collecting resumes and scheduling interviews.
lDocumentation & Reporting: Keep our HR operations smooth with your organization and writing skills.
lData Management: Ensure accurate employee information, supporting our team's efficiency.
lLearn & Grow: Absorb HR knowledge through involvement in processes, policies, and projects.
lTeam Events: Contribute to organizing events that boost our company culture.
lTraining Plans : Implementing and developing organization's training plans.
What You Will Need:
Basics:
lBachelor’s degree holder or graduating student, or experience in a related field
lBasic knowledge of computers office tools.
lExcellent communication and problem-solving skills
lPositive and open attitude
lAbility to collaborate and work within a team
lEligible to work in S.Korea and can work at a Korean office (not a remote) **Estimated date of join : mid June
Preferred:
lFluency in spoken and written English.
lStrong interest in pursuing a career in human resources
