[Specific accountabilties]

Supervision and direction of warehouse labour in various functional areas, such as receiving, picking and packing, inventory control and shipping, Quality inspection Receipt issue, storage, handling and transport of materials and the courteous interaction with customers Verify the accuracy of inbound shipments and the quantities arriving into the facility Other duties include cycle counting, data entry and filing as the job necessitates Pulling, processing and shipping, Quality inspection of customer orders against established service agreements Must be willing to participate in alternate shifts Diligent care of warehouse handling equipment Use of handheld and scanner devices

[Skill Required]

Proficiency with the current MS Office and IT applications, preferably familiarity with WMS/ERP systems Reasonable English language skills to communicate with int. customers Strong organizational, inventory and accounting skills required

[Experience and Qualification]

Supervisory position with experience in warehouse supervision preferred and/or warehouse operations; generally prefer a minimum 3 years experience in warehouse operations Forklift certified and able to operate a variety of material handling equipment such as a forklift, reach truck, order picker etc
