Sr. Product Sales Manager

 ‘Sr. manager’ will be responsible for all clinical and operational leadership for product sales team in ETC hospital business by designing and executing full range of product marketing strategy for ETC hospital business including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed.

- Must have Work Permission in Republic of Korea

- Language : Korean - Native level

Responsibilities: 

( 20%) Manage and coach product sales team members to improve their capabilities and performance as a sr. manager ( 20%) Design overall marketing strategy and project to achieve sustainable and consistent growth  ( 5%) Develop, lead and manages the execution of new product launches by performing market analysis, SWOT analysis, scenario analysis to leverage appropriate launch plan ( 10%) Develop appropriate clinical activities such as clinical programs, symposium, congress and all other clinical events and collaborate with local MedED team to meet customers’ clinical need ( 10%) Organize appropriated training for both sales team and distributors about our products and key indications to ensure all sales forces are adequately trained ( 5%) Gather market trend, competitive dynamics and market potential regularly and deliver credible marketing data and information by manipulating the raw data ( 10%) Analyze sales revenue units, average selling prices & expense results, monthly, revises tactics. Analyze both IMS and NTS sales trend, and related sales implication (5%) Forecast needed inventory level and monitor not to happen backorder issue through close communication with local SCM team (5%) Seek for any opportunity related with product reimbursement environment through close collaboration with local RA team (10%) Close communication with APAC and global marketing team to share best practice and receive needed support

Experience:

More than total 10 years of working experience in medical device/healthcare industry More than 5 years of product marketing/product management role in medical device/healthcare industry

Competences:

Proven leadership. People management experience is required Ability to communicate very effectively using English to communicate with APAC/global marketing team Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products Willingness to travel extensively to overseas countries as well as nationwide meeting/event Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills Demonstrated ability to energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization Proven capability in self-directed activities Track record in delivering results Proven ability in customer interactions Excellent communication and presentation skills Devotion and pride for his/her job roles and responsibilities

- Location:: Seoul city in Korea

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. MBA

- Licenses/ Certifications: Driver’s license

- Travel Requirements: Between 25% and 50%
