  Plan, coordinate, and handle a sales territory - 충청/전라지역. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Handle the sales cycle. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product improvements. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.  Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.  Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.  Achieve the Target 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or the equivalent knowledge and academic/functional experience. A Master’s degree will be advantageous.  Requires a minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in sales management. Attain or exceed assigned sales goals, profit goals, and market share goals consistently within expense guidelines. Utilize proven organizational skills to successfully manage territory sales activities.  Open-minded and possess positive attitude  Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint...)  Good English Skills, both written and verbal  Driver's license
