WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

As a Market-Leading Performance Marketer within our agency, you will be at the forefront of driving success for our global e-commerce clients. Your role is multifaceted, requiring a deep understanding of digital marketing, proficiency in crafting holistic marketing strategies, and a preference for candidates with Google Marketing Platform experience. Your responsibilities include:

Strategic Expertise: Develop market-specific digital marketing strategies that challenge conventional norms and harness the full potential of the digital landscape. Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to gain insights into the overall performance of e-commerce businesses. Identify potential bottlenecks and create assumptions to address them from a digital marketing perspective. Problem-Solving: Excel in problem-solving, breaking down complex issues into manageable components. Develop test and validation approaches rooted in data to navigate the uncertainties of digital marketing campaigns effectively. Digital Marketing Platform Audience Understanding: Analyze data to craft compelling narratives on how each media platform functions and performs. Gain a deep understanding of how digital marketing platform audiences translate into actionable insights for business perspectives, which will inform data analysis and campaign planning. Client Relationship Management: Demonstrate strong capabilities in managing and effectively communicating with headquarters clients. Share marketing insights and discoveries to establish milestones aligned with marketing objectives, especially concerning e-commerce sales and revenue volume. Coordinate with subsidiary marketers and proficiently handle ad-hoc communications related to campaign setups. Reporting and Presentation: Collaborate in crafting weekly and monthly performance reports, utilizing your strong presentation skills to deliver findings and insights to lead clients on-site. Facilitate iterative discussions to refine marketing strategies based on analysis.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

· Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance advertising, consultancy roles, or in-house marketing positions. A proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional results is essential.

· Ownership and Curiosity: Embrace a strong ownership mentality combined with a relentless curiosity that fuels your approach to problem-solving. Be a proactive innovator who takes initiative.

· Data Analytics Proficiency: Be well-versed in data analytics, capable of extracting valuable insights to guide data-driven strategies.

· Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking skills and maintain an insatiable curiosity toward performance marketing. Show a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

· Strong Interpersonal Skills: Display excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

· Growth Mindset: Embrace a growth-oriented mindset, thriving in a startup environment, and showcasing adaptability in a rapidly evolving and expanding work environment.

· E-commerce and Google marketing platform experiences are PLUS

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

As a Market-Leading Performance Marketer in our agency, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass the following critical tasks:

Market Performance Analysis: Lead the comprehensive analysis of market performance, providing findings and insights based on both media performance and overall business performance within the market.

Issue Identification and Assumption Sketching: Identify potential obstacles hindering market growth and formulate assumptions to be tested and validated within digital marketing platforms.

Test & Validation Roadmap: Develop a robust test and validation roadmap tailored to each market, aimed at establishing key practices that enhance sales and overall market performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including Activation, Planning, Research, and other Market Leaders. Execute assigned tasks and collaborate to establish market-specific marketing objectives, offering strategic direction and recommendations.

Data-Driven Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign data rigorously, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Provide clients with performance reports that highlight the strategic performance of campaigns.

Budget Management and Resource Planning: Manage budget allocation effectively, ensuring resource planning aligns with client campaigns and objectives.
