Job Description
Oversees group of store managers from a specified geographic region. Manages multiple store managers and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for the store based on goals set by the region manager. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. Typically reports to the region retail sales manager. This position is a level above a store manager and does not personally manage a specific store unless it is a "dual hat" position that could also manage a store.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing or other related field is highly desirable.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Ten years of management experience and five years of experience at pay band 5 level is required and experience as General Manager, Main Store Manager, Sales & Merchandise Manager, Operations Manager, or RBM or in food/services (including FBM/SBM) management with general manager training course or an HQ or region sales support position with general manager training course and previous field retail/food/services experience. Retail/food/services experience must have been within the last seven years.
Outside applicants must have held a position responsible for the supervision/management of multiple retail/food stores/facilities within the last five years.
