In Execution Quality, Integration & Standards we are excited to have an incredible collaborative work environment of highly skilled supervisors, ready to support our projects and ad hoc assignments in Asia Pacific Region. Our supervisors work on activities in quality on-/offshore, supporting some of the largest wind farm projects in the world. They are exposed daily to large wind turbine components. This entails working on large scale components which requires a mindset of safety and good leadership skills. Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

Plan and conduct component inspections Coordinate quality scope with project team to meet customer WTG requirements while ensuring a safe work environment by acting in compliance with Vestas' HSE requirements Identify, describe, register, case handle and report non-conformities Review, approve and document inspection reports Coordinate quality improvements across Vestas' value chain Ensure NCR data quality and supporting Offshore Project requirements. Inspection of incoming deliveries to site on specified components e.g., nacelles, towers, and blades etc.

Qualifications

Good understanding of ISO1 and ISO is desirable Education with wind turbine experience is required Solid English communications skills (verbal, effective listening, written, meeting management, presentation)

Competencies

Experience working with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic diagrams are desired WTG experience is required Can demonstrate leadership and delegation skills Possess a health and safety mindset Hands on approach and focused on continuous improvement
