In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Who You Are:
You have a supervision role when assigned to specific task forces. You direct and manage assigned after-sales services to customers, including diagnosis, upgrades, scale-up, start-up and commissioning, installation, maintenance, repairing, training, and Plant MRO/parts. You need to take a leading role working under close supervision.
You hold yourself and others accountable to meet commitments. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You adapt your approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Engineering or other related fields Over - years of service experience in technical/industrial environment Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people Good communication skills in both Korean and English Good interpersonal skills Ability to handle urgent and sensitive situations, and work under pressure Traveling is part of the job as required.Our Offer To You:
