What You Will Do:
Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales on our large enterprise accounts. Senior Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.
As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals to best position Sprinklr’s platform. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems.
You use your solid business and technical acumen to craft the best possible solution that addresses the customer goals positioning the value that the Sprinklr platform will bring to the customer.
Main Responsibilities:
Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration, and maintenance of content specific to sales efforts.
Prepare and execute the sales processes including Technical Discovery, Live Demonstrations, Technical Validation, Pilot seeding, Hand-over to services.
Coordinate and manage customer communications for all technical related aspects.
Liaise with the Product and Implementation teams for technical validation, roadmap, and account vision alignment.
Work directly with customers to educate them on the full functionality of the Sprinklr platform through:
Participating in meetings with the sales team to understand prospects current and future states, identify a fit for Sprinklr in their business and answer questions about our products and services.
Collaborate in account strategy.
Performing live demonstrations.
Conducting hands-on workshops.
Assist sales team in creating responses to RFIs and RFPs from major clients and prospects.
Frequent travel and participation in industry events and customer-facing meetings.
What we look for:
8+ years of experience in customer facing role(s) in enterprise software company.
5+ years of experience in presales / solution consulting experience.
2+ years of experience in customer experience technologies (CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, AI, Social Media, Business Intelligence, etc.).
English and Korean proficiency

You will educate our customers on Sprinklr’s business value. Helping others succeed makes us happy.
You are incredibly smart and have a desire to learn and keep up with continuous training and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications. Every human has the potential to be amazing, keep learning.
You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales role at a SaaS company. We are customer-obsessed and are always curious about our client’s business and how we can help them achieve their goals.
You’ve been successful in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence or commerce spaces .
You’re intellectually confident , methodical, and meticulous in your approach, preparation, and execution of what you do both personally and professionally. You persevere (never give up attitude) and possess a winning mindset in all that you do.
You are fearless, allowing you to keep pace with our fast-moving markets while advancing us in the Customer Experience revolution.
You possess a growth mindset and are curious in your approach to life. You demonstrate a desire to learn and embrace coaching to continuously adapt and evolve.
You bring 3+ years of experience in creating large complex enterprise-wide software sales deals or relevant industry experience. Your strong operational background will leverage your process driven sales approach, consistently producing track records of meeting and exceeding goals.
