What are we expecting from you?
Build and roll out Jewelry product strategy: You will lead Jewelry business based on market landscape, setting strategy and goals to achieve Jewelry product KPI, communicating with Regional team. You will align with Supply chain, Communications, CRM and Retail team to roll-out Jewelry product strategy and to input timely actions in transversal operation. Analyze and enhance Jewelry business performance: You will drive orchestration on Jewelry campaigns and novelty launches aligning with related divisions on retro planning, followed up by immediate action according to its primary result. You will conduct 3-dimensional analysis on range and novelty sales performance evolution, stock status and production plan, defining business opportunity or action plans. You will also strengthen each pillar of Jewelry collection according to its specificity to present comprehensive jewelry offer and set direction for novelties forecasts based on product strategy, guideline and yearly target, supporting daily business. Conduct Jewelry product training: You will provide product strategy for Jewelry activations (pop-up, client activation) and deliver product information and develop jewelry product training (Classroom, online or digital one pagers). Explore and share Market intelligence: You will monitor market behavior regarding Intellectual property topics and provide voices to maintain market sustainability and keep track on up-to-date jewelry business landscape including pricing trend.
