Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Fully understanding eCommerce/consumer needs and competitive intelligence of KOREA. Being the main expert and spokesperson for Swarovski.com business in the cluster, in direct contact with central team, eCommerce Local team, KOREA GM and first-line local management team.Manage Swarovski.com performance in line with the targets, plan and support the budgeting process, ensure the phasing, implement the global and local Marketing activities, and maximize profitability.Manage and monitor eCommerce overall performance considering all relevant KPIs, category and qualitive/quantitative product performance, Omni activities for Swarovski.com.Manage Swarovski.com merchandising KOREA activities like boosting for main KCPs/Sale/Outlet and promotions based on marketing brief and sale ensuring omnichannel consistency when applicable; run onsite search set-up for Korean language to fully match consumer onsite search queries and to increase conversion. Define creative briefs, establish and communicate requirements of local Swarovski.com to the global eCommerce teams by ensuring that local Swarovski.com is engaging and relevant for local consumer needs.Supervise the consumer calendar campaigns, KCPs, promotions and incentives on Swarovski.com in alignment with various departments across the organization. Ensure that all contents are properly maintained by Content Management team on Swarovski.com.Manage, support, plan and implement eCommerce projects together with the global teams such as Searchandising, Hybris enhancements, AI opportunities, Omnichannel activities like “Same Day Delivery” etc. Plan and supervise all eCommerce campaigns in line with the Cluster/Market strategy in strong collaboration with the local and global teams to ensure consistency across all channels, while securing Swarovski.com targets are met.About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
University degree/Education, preferably in Business.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting.Excellent English proficiency, presentation, and communication skills. English is a must.Proven experience in an e-commerce management and independent lead-role with a successful track record of driving both top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability)Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the overall business goals.Critical thinking and strong analytical skills to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape for final strategic decisions.Experience in managing Merchandising and OMNI activities by maximizing customer experience, operational efficiency, and turnover.Customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Knowledge of various digital marketing channels and performance marketing dynamics to support potential development based on local trends to drive conversion, customer engagement and traffic.What we offer
